This SAN-AUX adapter allows you to use the changer input on your Sanyo receiver to add a Sanyo Brand CD changer AND provides an additional auxiliary RCA input for use with your XM Satellite Radio Receiver or any other line level source. This adapter will not work without a changer connected.
The SAN-AUX is a current sensing device that will automatically interrupt the CD changer audio lines going to the Sanyo radio (and switch in an external RCA signal) whenever audio signal is detected on its RCA inputs. The CD Changer audio lines will reconnect to their previous state 10 seconds after no audio signal is detected by the SAN-AUX on its RCA inputs.
