For use with the AUX-BOX or AUX-POD, this harness plugs in the headunit. Set the dip switches on the box to: 3 & 8 ON. Set the remaining switches to: OFF.
Note: 1995-1999 Radios with built in CD player (Except Corvette) are NOT compatible with the Interface because they do not have CD changer control functions. The Interface is currently not compatible with any factory external audio source such as: XM tuner, Any CD player or CD changer, or Cassette player. These devices must be disconnected during the installation and will no longer function. You will lose the use of these devices to gain use of your auxiliary audio. Buick and Oldsmobile: Requires GM factory data cable Part # 12344003 if not pre-wired in trunk. Please check the compatibility guide carefully as some radios require AM/FM/CASS with 'TAPE/AUX" button while some others require CD/AUX button, not CD/Play button.
