Mail-in rebate eligibility applies to those who purchase an eligible XM radio or tuner at participating retailers between 6/29/08 and 10/25/08, activate XM service by 11/8/08 on that radio or tuner with a credit card (a one-time activation fee applies), retain a valid credit card on the account for automatic recurring service billing, and maintain uninterrupted service for at least six (6) months. Failure to maintain six (6) months of continuous XM service on that radio or tuner will result in a charge of $65 to the credit card on your XM service account. All mail-in rebate requests must be postmarked by 10/31/08, received by 11/14/08 and include the original UPC barcode and original Radio ID tab cut from the XM radio or tuner box, and a copy of the purchase receipt indicating the purchase of the eligible XM radio or tuner.
