Mail-in rebate eligibility applies to those who purchase an eligible XM radio or tuner at participating retailers between 6/29/08 and 9/27/08, activate XM service by 10/9/08 on that radio or tuner with a credit card (a one-time activation fee applies), retain a valid credit card on the account for automatic recurring service billing, and maintain uninterrupted service for at least six (6) months. Failure to maintain six (6) months of continuous XM service on that radio or tuner will result in a charge of $65 to the credit card on your XM service account.
