6-Volt Hardwired Car Adapter

If you are tired of looking at your cigarette lighter adapter cable stretched across the front of your dash board, this hardwired power adapter is the perfect solution for you. Wire the unit to any 12 Volt DC power source inside your vehicle's dash board. Run the included power cable to your Roady, Roady 2, SKYFi, SKYFi2, Audiovox XR9 or Sony PNP satellite radio receiver for power supply. Also works great for motorcycles with 12 volt electrical systems.

Unit may be wired into any DC power source from approximately 11 to 15 Volts. Output is constant at 6 Volts 1,000mA, fully compatible with your XM Satellite Radio receiver.

Included in this package:

• Voltage converter is 3 1/2" x 1 7/8" x 1 1/2", and has 5 feet of cable on each end.

The positive lead is marked with a red band and should be connected to a positive 12 Volt power supply in your vehicle's electrical system. If you would like your auto-on feature to work in your XM Radio (if so equipped), wire this positive lead to an ignition-controlled or "switched" 12 Volt power supply. The other black lead is connected to a negative ground in your vehicle.
