This replacement mount includes an removable extension bar that allows you to easily adjust its size from 6 inches to 2 inches. It features a round 2.5 inch adhesive base that will securely adhere to most surfaces found in your vehicle. Its swivel ball pivot allows you to adjust your receiver 360 degrees and its heavy duty lock ring will assure that your receiver maintains the positioning you place it in.
This mount is compatible with any Sirius dock or receiver that mounts using the AMPS four bolt pattern. For use with an XM dock or receiver, a flush mount adapter is required.
Be sure to thoroughly clean and dry the mounting surface prior to adhering this mount. A final cleaning with rubbing alcohol is recommended. Dashboards that have been treated with Armor-All or similar products may not allow adhesive to stick well. Press firmly into place for 1 minute, allow to set for 24 hours prior to use. For best results, do not apply in temperatures under 60 degrees F.
