The perfect solution to get rid of those unsightly wires running from your cigarette lighter to power your Sirius radio receiver. The hardwired power adapter installs as simply as wiring the unit to any 12-Volt DC power source inside your vehicle's dash board and then running the included power cable to your Sirius satellite radio that runs on 5.5-Volts. Also works great for motorcycles with 12-Volt electrical systems.
Unit may be wired into any DC power source from approximately 11 to 15 Volts. Output is constant at 5.5 Volts up to 2.2Amps, fully compatible with your 5 volt Sirius satellite radio receivers.

The positive lead is marked with a red band and should be connected to a positive 12-Volt power supply in your vehicle's electrical system. If you would like your auto-on feature to work in your Sirius Radio, wire this positive lead to an ignition-controlled or "switched" 12 Volt power supply. The other black lead is connected to a negative ground in your vehicle. Be sure NOT to connect the positive lead to a remote sensor lead on your car stereo. That does not have enough current on it to power your radio. A good source of 12 volt power to tap for this is the cable that runs to your in-dash cigarette lighter socket.
90 Day MyRadioStore warranty does not cover blown fuses.
