Free Shipping Offer Details

Any order placed online during our Free Shipping Offer promotional period (starting at 2:30PM ET on 10/22/2009, and ending at any time as determined by MyRadioStore) shipping to the Lower-48 United States with a Merchandise Subtotal of $50.00 or more qualifies for Free Promotional Shipping. Merchandise Subtotal includes only post-discount cost of merchandise, and does not include sales tax or shipping charges. Orders under $50.00 shipping to the Lower-48 United States qualify for $3.99 flat-rate Promotional Shipping. All orders placed by telephone, shipping to the Lower-48 United States, will qualify for flat-rate $3.99 Promotional Shipping. This offer does not apply retroactively to orders placed outside of the promotional period, and cannot be combined with any other shipping offer. Offer applies only to "Promotional Shipping" shipping method; all other shipping methods will be charged at regular rates.

To take advantage of this offer, you must select "Promotional Shipping" as your shipping method during checkout. This offer is available only during checkout, and we are unable to modify your shipping method once your order has been placed.

Orders placed using Promotional Shipping will be shipped with a carrier and shipping method selected by MyRadioStore to ensure delivery within 8 business days (defined as Monday-Friday, excluding any national or carrier-recognized holidays). If your order is delivered after the 8th business day, you may request a refund on your shipping charges. Delivery guarantee does not apply if a delay was caused by a mechanical failure with one of our carriers, a misrouting or missorting by one of our carriers, a lost package by one of our carriers after it has left our warehouse, weather delays, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or acts of God. Delivery guarantee does not apply if, at the time of checkout, you fail to provide a valid shipping address that cannot be verified against carrier address databases, or if you fail to provide a billing address that can be verified with your credit/debit card company; as these will delay our ability to process your order. If you order requires you to sign for delivery, and you are unavailable to sign on the first delivery attempt, the delivery guarantee does not apply.

Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 45 calendar days of the date the order was placed for a complete refund of the product purchase price, unless otherwise specified within a product's description.

To obtain a no-hassle refund, you must email or call us and obtain an RMA number before returning any product and be sure to write it clearly on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to refuse any products returned to us without a return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the return package. All returns or exchanges MUST be postmarked within 3 business days after an RMA number is issued. Please keep products and packaging in like-new condition when returning for a refund to avoid fees for damaged/missing items. Packaging may be opened, but ALL items must be present including the packaging itself, included literature, and most importantly the UPC bar code and Radio ID on the product. Items that have been physically damaged and show clear signs of wear also cannot be returned.

All sales of XM Satellite Radio subscription cards, professional installation cards, warranty/repair cards, and MyRadioStore gift certificates are considered FINAL (unless specifically noted on the product page at the time of purchase), and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, in whole or in part.

If your item is defective, you must contact the manufacturer of the product for applicable warranty service, repair, or replacement. This EXCLUDES any Pioneer Electronics and Precision Interface Electronics products. Please contact MyRadioStore for applicable warranty service within the manufacturer's stated warranty period for that product.

Items cannot be returned without both the original UPC and the original Radio ID bar codes left intact on the packages. Clipped bar codes are NOT accepted, even if re-attached to the original packaging.

We will be happy to help you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for refund, or exchange if defective. Some limitations and restrictions apply. Replacements for defective items are shipped via ground upon return of the defective item, usually within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges must be paid for by purchaser regardless of the reason. It is up to the customer to purchase insurance and obtain tracking information from the carrier of your choice. We cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in shipping from you.

Delivery Information

Delivery times are guaranteed by MyRadioStore to be delivered by the end of the day on the last shipping day for the shipping method selected.

MyRadioStore ships using a number of carriers, and we are unable to offer you the option of the specific carrier and service with which your orders will ship.

  • Shipping time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or carrier shipping holidays.
  • For orders completed after 6:29PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday, on holidays, on weekends, add one business day to all delivery times.
  • If we are unable to validate your shipping address, or if we are unable to verify your billing address or payment information with your credit card issuer or PayPal, your order may be delayed and shipping time guarantees will not apply until the issue is resolved.
  • Shipping/handling charges will be added to most orders and will be displayed during the checkout process prior to your entering any credit card or payment information.
  • Our shipping guarantee covers only the cost of shipping as charged to you. In the rare event that an order is delivered late, we will refund the shipping cost charged on your order. Delivery guarantee does not apply if a delay was caused by a mechanical failure with one of our carriers, weather delays, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or acts of God.
  • We are required to collect 8.625% sales tax from New York State residents.
  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of reason.
  • MyRadioStore reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We will do our best to contact you with the specific reason and will work with you on a revised order if possible.
  • Promotional offers are valid while supplies of promotional items last. If promotional item is unavailable at time of shipping, you will be notified.

International Sales (Canada only)

MyRadioStore will ship orders to Canada using UPS Standard or UPS Express ONLY. We are not set up for any other international shipping method and cannot accommodate special requests. PLEASE NOTE: Any applicable duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping cost. UPS will need to collect these additional charges at the time of delivery. If you refuse these charges, your item(s) will be returned to us and we will withhold any additional return shipping charges applied to the shipment by UPS.

  • Shipping cut-off for Canadian shipments is NOON ET.
  • UPS Standard shipping time is in an average of 3 - 7 business days*.
  • UPS Express shipping time is an average of 1 - 2 business days*, but may take longer if items are held at customs.
  • All exchange and return policies apply to orders shipping to Canadian addresses.
  • If your order contains one or more items normally shipped directly from a manufacturer (including ProFit VSM & VSM Legend mounts, Bracketron CBM mounts, and Blitzsafe products): The item(s) will first be shipped to us, and then combined with the remainder of your order (if any). Only when all items are available at our warehouse will your order be shipped. An additional $10 surcharge will apply to your order, and may delay the shipping of your order by several days.
  • The shipping charge displayed during checkout by MyRadioStore includes shipping/transportation charges, insurance fees, and a handling fee ONLY.
  • Duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are NON-refundable as they are collected by government agencies, not us.
  • It is not our intent to make shipping to Canada expensive. We are providing our products into Canada in accordance with all applicable laws.

*Delivery times vary based on destination.

Defective Items

If within 30 days of purchase you believe your product(s) to be defective, please contact us immediately via email or phone so we may troubleshoot the product with you. If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, we will issue an RMA# and you may return the product at your expense to us for further testing, troubleshooting and possible exchange. Once returned, the items will be fully tested, and if found defective, we will refund your return shipping expenses only up to the original shipping charged at time of purchase. Repaired or exchanged product(s) will be shipped to you at our expense using our choice of shipping method. We recommend returning defective items via the least expensive method available to you with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held liable for misdirected, damaged or lost packages.

After 30 days, if your item is defective, you must contact the manufacturer of the product for applicable warranty service, repair, or replacement. Damaged, Missing, Delayed or Wrong Items Shipped

MyRadioStore is not responsible for items that may be damaged, lost, or missing by the shipping company, or "carrier" (UPS, USPS, etc.). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt. Any and all claims regarding wrong item shipped, missing items, or items damaged in shipping must be made to us by email or phone within 4 (four) calendar days of your order being marked delivered to you by the carrier, after that we can no longer file any claims. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and MyRadioStore that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. You may be required to present the damaged merchandise to UPS for their review. This process takes 1-7 business days depending on the case as determined by UPS. Once the claim is approved, we will re-ship your item at no additional charge.

If we shipped you the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item to you at no additional charge. We will ask that you return the incorrect item to us. An RMA number will be issued and you will be fairly compensated for your return shipping expenses. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method for your replacement, normally matching the same in-transit time as your original shipment.

If an item is missing, we will review the order during the packing process (video records, correct package weight, etc.). If we determine that the item was in fact omitted through our error, we can either offer a refund or we can ship the item out at no additional charge to you. Shipping method will be equal in speed to the original shipping method at time of order (Air or Express service may not apply to shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada). If a piece is missing due to a manufacturer's error (e.g. a missing cable in a receiver box), we may elect to ship the missing piece with the carrier and shipping method of our choice.

We strive to ship products out as soon as possible. Once items are shipped, MyRadioStore has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

If necessary, MyRadioStore will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of package loss or damage. Due to the promotional shipping rates we offer, we cannot refund shipping charges regardless of reason for delayed shipments.

Pricing and Content Information

Although we strive to provide accurate pricing information, typographical or pricing errors may occur. In the event that a price shown is incorrect, we have the right to refuse or cancel the order at our sole discretion. We may also contact you for instructions or notify you of the cancellation.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and photos. We do not provide any warranty that the descriptions or photos will be accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event that a product you purchased from us is not exactly as described or pictured, your sole remedy will be to return the unopened and unused product to us for a refund.
