Mail-in rebate eligibility applies to those who purchase an eligible XM radio or tuner at participating retailers between 3/30/08 and 6/28/08, activate XM service by 7/10/08 on that radio or tuner with a credit card (a one-time activation fee applies), retain a valid credit card on the account for recurring service billing, and maintain uninterrupted service for at least six (6) months. Failure to maintain six (6) months of continuous XM service on that radio or tuner will result in a charge of $65 to the credit card on your XM service account. All mail-in rebate requests must be postmarked by 7/30/08, received by 8/13/08 and include the original UPC barcode and original Radio ID tab cut from the XM radio or tuner box, and a copy of the purchase receipt indicating the purchase of the eligible XM radio or tuner. Limit one (1) rebate per valid radio ID and three (3) per address. Purchases made from Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal*Mart, Target, Sam.s Club, Kmart, Sears, Staples, Toys .R Us, xmradio.com and through XM.s Special Promotion Programs are not eligible for this mail-in rebate.
