The Factory Reconditioned XMD1000/XMRVRFM001 is one part of a two part system that allows XM Satellite Radio service to be seamlessly installed into satellite radio ready car stereo head units.
The XMDirect XMD1000/XMRVRFM001 Universal Tuner Box is the XM tuner needed to work with all XMDirect products. XMDirect Universal Tuner Box allows users to receive digital XM Satellite Radio directly through a satellite radio ready car stereo head unit. To complete the installation of an XMDirect system the Universal Tuner box XMD1000/XMRVRFM001 must be installed with the an optional XMDirect Smart Digital Adapter for various models.
